A Little Bit About This Course...

Every year in the UK there are over 30,000 cardiac arrests outside of hospital – in homes and communities. However, currently less than one in ten survive. The key to survival is good quality CPR and EARLY defibrillation – ideally within the first 3 minutes of collapse.

We are committed to helping as many people as we can to gain the skills and confidence to step in commence CPR when somebody goes into cardiac arrest and for this reason…

We will come to you to deliver this training FREE OF CHARGE to your business or group!

During the workshop you will learn about:

  • Basic life support
  • Primary survey
  • Dealing with collapse
  • CPR, AED function
  • AED procedure [adult/child]
  • Lots of practice safely using an AED
  • Roles, responsibilities and reporting
